Our Promise To You

If a Shatkin F.I.R.S.T. implant fails to integrate within the first 6-months of placement, Shatkin F.I.R.S.T. will replace the implant and the restoration on that/those failed implant(s) with equal value implant(s) and restoration at no charge, provided the following conditions are met. 
  1. You initially purchased the implant or implants from Shatkin F.I.R.S.T. along with case planning and surgical guide stent for that case. 
  2. You utilized Shatkin F.I.R.S.T. lab restoration for that case. 
  3. You must send the post-op x-ray that was taken immediately after surgery along with the implantable device data sheet and x-ray of the failed implant area. The failed implant and restoration must also be returned.
