At Shatkin F.I.R.S.T., we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns within 90 days of the delivery date, subject to the following conditions:
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all original packaging, manuals, and accessories.
- Customized or special-order items are not eligible for return.
- Products that have been used, damaged, or altered in any way will not be accepted.
Restocking Fee
- All returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
Refund Process
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

- Once your return is authorized, securely package the items and include a copy of your original invoice. Send the package to the following address:

Processing Time
- Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the items and process your refund within 7–10 business days.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.
Swapping Implants for Different Sizes
- We allow implant size swaps, provided the product has not passed its expiration date at the time of the swap request.
- Products being swapped must be in their original, unused condition and packaging must remain sterile. Any items that have been used, damaged, or altered are not eligible for size swaps.
Non-Returnable Items
- Certain items, such as clearance items or digital products, are not eligible for returns. Please call (716) 839-2959 for return eligibility before making a purchase.
